• Support the organization and program philosophy of care
• Provide quality general and psychiatric nursing care
• Follow medical orders and treatment plans
• Act as a patient advocate

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current, unencumbered nursing license in the state
• CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
• Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting is preferred
• Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and communication with review organizations
