UC Health is hiring a Part‑Time Staffing Coordinator for the Staffing Office for the Day Shift at West Chester Hospital.
Job DescriptionThe Staffing Coordinator is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and managing staffing needs across all inpatient care units. This includes coordinating resources, allocating available staff, and communicating with relevant departments to ensure appropriate staffing levels. The staffing coordinator will ensure timely documentation of staffing changes into the electronic scheduling system, including accurately recording same‑day staff absences. The role requires proactive collaboration with nursing leadership to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Lead Scheduling Operations and Resource Allocation- Oversee and maintain the electronic scheduling system, ensuring it accurately represents shift staffing.
- Delegate tasks related to shift coverage, including float pool assignments and agency placements following contractual agreements.
