Position: Assembler (Shooter) - 1st Shift - West Chester, OH

** Start: ASAP | Temp-to-Hire

** Monday
-Thursday, 4 AM - 2 PM*
* ** About the Job*
* Produce molded cushions by shooting foam into molds and preparing products for secondary processing. Candidates should be interested in long-term, full-time employment.

** Duties/Responsibilities*
* - Shoot foam into molds, tuck and trim the foam, and line molds with film.

- Lift molds weighing up to  
** 70 pounds unassisted** .

- Remove molded products and place them in bins for secondary processing.

- Maintain clean molds to support product quality.

- Identify and report product defects or process discrepancies.

- Record daily production data and document processes, test results, and quality issues.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area using  
** 6S principles** .

- Communicate with team members and assist with training as needed.

** Required Qualifications*
*
- ** High school diploma or GED.*
* - Ability to lift up to  
** 70 pounds unassisted** .

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Ability to understand and communicate basic work instructions in English.

- ** Interest in long-term, full-time employment.*
* ** Preferred Qualifications*
*
- ** One year of manufacturing experience** .

- Electrical or mechanical assembly experience.

- Adaptability, communication, attention to detail, listening, energy, and integrity.

** PPE Requirements*
* Candidates must provide their own  
** steel-toed boots** . Other task-specific PPE will be provided on-site.
