Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an Machine Operator (Coater/Rewinder) to join our Sterling packaging facility team in West Chester, OH
! Join Georgia-Pacific's Sterling packaging team in West Chester, OH, where you'll operate advanced manufacturing equipment that helps produce high-quality corrugated packaging used by customers every day. This role offers competitive pay, shift differential opportunities, hands-on equipment troubleshooting experience, and the ability to build a long-term manufacturing career.

• Starting pay is $23.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for overnight work, bringing starting earnings to $25.00/hour on 3rd shift.

• 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
• Must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Orientation will be on 1st shift (7am-3pm), and you will be assigned your permanent shift after your orientation.

• Operate and troubleshoot coating and rewinding equipment to safely produce quality roll products.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Support changeovers and preventative maintenance activities that maximize uptime and reliability.
• Safely operate mobile equipment to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

• One (1) year of experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced work environment.

• Experience working within the corrugated packaging industry
• Experience working with sheeters, die cutters, and printing presses
