Observe manufacturing and warehouse operations and develop clear, visual SOPs, standard work, job instructions, OJT materials, and related training documents. Validate and maintain documentation with operators and subject-matter experts, support training and qualification programs, and audit processes to ensure documented practices match actual operations.
Requirements- Requires at least three years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, industrial training, technical writing, process engineering, or continuous improvement, with demonstrated experience creating SOPs, work instructions, OJT documentation, or manufacturing training materials.
- Candidates should have industrial engineering or manufacturing training experience and understand warehouse workflows.
