• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the nursing team.
• Plan and schedule work assignments to maintain adequate service levels to physicians and patients.
• Manage patient flow, assess supply needs, and resolve problems interfering with patient care.
• Perform routine operational efficiency and financial analysis for the unit.
• Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Maintain RN, Medics, HUCs, and PCA compliance as mandated by state or organization.
• Work flexible hours as needed and travel to various hospital locations.

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; minimum Bachelor of Science of Nursing.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of two to four years of clinical nursing experience in the area of clinical specialty.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and membership in a professional organization in the area of clinical specialization.
