Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – 1099

Elevated Horizons Therapeutics is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health practice in West Chester, Ohio.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. We are specifically seeking a provider with availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, evenings, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities may include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up visits, coordination of care, and ketamine and Spravato administration for appropriate patients.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio APRN license
• PMHNP certification
• Prescriptive authority in Ohio
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• DNP preferred
