StoryPoint West Chester is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor/LPN to join our compassionate team. This full-time role offers flexible shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) to fit your schedule, with leadership responsibilities over a team of caregivers and ongoing training.
You will evaluate residents, report changes to physicians, and utilize EHR and EMAR systems while communicating effectively with residents, families, and your team.
