Quality Inspector

Schneider Electric invites you to join our team as a Quality Inspector at our Fairfield and West Chester, Ohio facilities. This role offers the chance to gain exposure to quality initiatives and projects within a Fortune 500 company.

As a Quality Inspector you will ensure that products meet established standards of quality, safety and performance. Typical duties include:

• Inspect raw materials, components and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Record findings and maintain detailed inspection reports; note any non‑conformances and communicate them to relevant departments.
• Verify that products meet industry standards, company specifications and regulatory requirements, following ISO and Schneider Electric standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA); suggest improvements to inspection procedures or product design.

You will report to the Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality Process Lead. This is an onsite position, required to be at either the Fairfield or West Chester facility five days a week.

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection.
• Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with non‑conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
