Quality Inspector

• Review information from relevant sources to evaluate materials and products.
• Read work orders and other instructions to understand product specifications and material requirements.
• Measure finished products and work pieces to confirm they meet specifications and standards.
• Conduct product inspections and participate in testing processes.
• Collect and sort materials or samples for processing and testing.
• Communicate nonconformances and production issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support tagging and quarantine procedures for materials or products that do not meet requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of relevant inspection experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A team-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay motivated and follow through on responsibilities.
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and an ERP system.

• Demonstrate servant leadership and champion safety, company culture, and ethics.
• Help build strong communication and a healthy work environment.
• Communicate positively with employees and listen respectfully to their concerns and ideas.
• Support and participate in company functions, and respect confidentiality.

• Safely move throughout a manufacturing environment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending and stooping.
• Use tools and equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $21-$23, hourly

Attendance Requirements:
Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.
