Repossession Agent​/Truck Driver

Recovery America is a high volume and recognized market leader within the repossession and collateral recovery industry. We are continuing to grow and need to add additional talented hard working individuals in order to satisfy the increased demand of our clientele.

Repossession agents locateand safely recover collateral for the accounts within their assigned zone. Agents leverage company provided electronic tools, intel gathered via accessible databases and leverage their inside support staff to quickly locate and recover targeted collateral. Outstanding repossession agents work independentily, are highly organized, efficient and highly money motivated individuals. Repossession agents thrive on excitement, adventurewhilealigning their efforts to reach assigned goals and maximize compensation.

Recovery agents are responsible for working assignments within company established process and procedures, recovering assigned collateral, completing electronic condition reports, pre/post shift inspection of their assigned truckand associated equipment and also completing any company required training and/or paperwork.

Must be at least 22 years old and have HS Diploma

Must pass standard DOT physical for compliance (No Diabetes or High Blood Pressure)

Clean driving record (no more than 2 pts last three years), No license suspensions in last 5 years

Must pass
15 Year background check with NO

• A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
• An individual with basic mechanical skill. Don’t worry we’ll teach you all you need to know about strapping up a car.
• A naturally curious soul. Someone who his willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
• An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field.
• Do you have previous law enforcement or military experience? While this it not required, we have found that the disciplines learned in these fields generally transfers to becoming a successful Agent.
