, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help deter security‑related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a commercial real estate location.

Pay Rate: $15.97 / Hour

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies, responding as needed to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to the location, verifying credentials as required, and monitoring entry and exit points.
• Support emergency response activities, including guiding occupants and communicating with first responders as directed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
