You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in a dynamic tech and media environment, providing exceptional customer service while managing access control and monitoring badge activity. $18.14 per hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Fri: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access control systems and verify the credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to deter unauthorized activity and security‑related incidents.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, addressing questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Document and report security‑related incidents and suspicious activities according to site requirements.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allowed to undergo a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Allowed to undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
