Pay Rate: $16.44 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun: 07:00 AM - 06:30 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, trailer yard, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate contacts as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities through accurate reports and shift communications.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
