Location: Olde West Chester
Overview
This position will assist with every aspect of the golf operation with an emphasis on managing the ladies golf program. This includes the management of day-to-day golf operations, Ladies Leagues and events, cart fleet management, merchandising, club fitting, and other duties as assigned.
Experience Required- Experience at a private club a plus
- Golf Genius experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organize, manage, and operate an exceptional ladies golf program consisting of over 100 ladies. Including: ladies leagues, clinics, and events!
- Assist with the merchandising of the golf shop
- Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
- Assisting in the management of the daily golf operations
- Assisting with major club events
- 100% of Lessons
- 2 days off per week
- PGA Dues Paid
- Uniform Allowance
- Meals while on duty
- 401k after 1 year
- Health Insurance after 90 days
- Vacation
- PGA Education Allowance
