Warehouse Driver – Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Branch Office)

Work Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Compensation: $16 – $20 per hour (DOE)

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

• Stock, pull, and deliver materials to technicians in the field using company vehicles
• Drive and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites with accuracy and care
• Load and unload freight and manage warehouse inventory
• Verify purchase orders and ensure accuracy before deliveries
• Perform shipping, receiving, and basic data entry tasks
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Support a variety of tasks as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Follow all company, warehouse, and safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic

• Experience with box trucks or pulling tractors
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical parts
