** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee badges.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and responding to alarms.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing basic troubleshooting.

** CPR Certification (B205):
** All candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. Proof of certification must be submitted prior to the start date.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Candidates should have a background in customer service, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

** Age Requirement:
** All employees must be at least 21 years of age (C101) at the time of employment. This requirement is in place to comply with legal regulations and company policies.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies within a healthcare location.

+ Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency calls for service to appropriate personnel, maintaining clear and professional radio and telephone communications.

+ Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and communications channels, documenting activities and escalating concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support as directed.

+ Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift reports while supporting regular and random patrol activity around the facility and perimeter.

+ CPR/First Aid is preferred.

+ Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ CPR Certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
