* 2. All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is a mandatory requirement for all positions that involve driving as part of the job responsibilities.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Familiarity with access control systems and badge management.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks and communication.

10.  
** CPR Certification (B205):
** Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, which is beneficial for roles involving safety and emergency response.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare-related location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and concerns to site leadership and appropriate responders.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials, direct visitors, and maintain required logs and reports.

+ Document incidents, patrol observations, and unusual activities accurately and promptly, following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
