Handyman / Home Service Technician - Chester County Area

Tru Blue of East Chester County is hiring an experienced Handyman / Home Service Technician to complete residential repairs and home improvement projects who is proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs and installs involving carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical with the best customer service. Think "treat our customer's home like it's you're own".

Pay: $25 - $31/hr + bonuses

Schedule:

30-40 hrs/wk, daytime only, no weekends or holidays
Sign-On Bonus: $500

Serviced Areas:
West Chester, Malvern, Downingtown, Coatesville, King of Prussia, Paoli, Wayne, Collegeville, Newtown Square, Kennett Square and beyond.

About the Role
You'll handle a wide range of home repair and improvement projects-carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing, light electrical, painting, and small remodels. We serve homeowners, busy families, and seniors who need reliable, high quality service.

People with paid experience as a Handyperson, General Carpenter, Maintenance Technician, Repair Technician are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

* Perform general home repairs and handyman projects (no demolition).

* Home improvement projects with a team

* Handle drywall patching, caulking, and trim work.

* Tackle minor plumbing and light electrical tasks.

* Paint interiors and perform touch-ups.

* Install flooring, fixtures, and home-safety upgrades (grab bars, ramps, etc.).

* Communicate clearly with customers and the office; document work orders.

What You'll Bring

* 5+ years of paid handyman or general carpentry experience.

* Skill in several trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical) or willingness to learn.

* Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and your own basic tools.

* Professional appearance, punctuality, and good communication.

* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English.
