Join our dynamic dealership family as a Parts Counter Person. We are a well-established Ford dealership, located in West Chicago with a successful track record in a dealership parts department.

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle parts needs.
• Continuously develop knowledge of automotive parts and service
• Provide accurate quotes for parts to retail and service customers.
• Respond to inquiries about parts availability and pricing.
• Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with parts.
• Assist with the setup and organization of the parts department
• Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
• Contribute to the dealership's reputation by fulfilling customer requests and providing excellent service.

• Experience with parts in a car dealership environment a plus
• Detail orientation and organization skills.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, internet use and dealership management system
• Verbal/writtencommunicationand presentation skills.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous!

• $80,000-$100,000 per year
