Outpatient C&A Psychiatrist – Chicago; NW Side Illinois

Overview

Outpatient C&A Psychiatrist – Chicago (NW Side), Illinois at Geode Health. Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. Must be fully licensed in Illinois to start. No nights, no weekends, no on-call. Hybrid work schedule with in-person and telehealth options.

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents as part of an integrated care team.
• Collaborate with prescribers, therapists, and a full support team to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in advanced treatment options such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, if experienced or interested.
• Supervise and work with Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) as applicable.
• Manage patient caseload with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits, adapting to up-front patient volume needs.

• Active license in the state of Illinois.
• Active DEA license and active Controlled Substances license in Illinois.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry; board-eligible or board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Open to seeing a variety of patient types and a broad age range.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
• We hire residents nearing completion of their program with future start dates, fellows, and experienced psychiatrists.
