OBJECTIVE

Park Manager is responsible for supervising the park employee’s performance in their daily work activities. The Park Manager serves as a contact between guests and Kids Empire, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments from guests or employees while present at the park. The Park Manager must interact with families and children of all ages and ensure guests have an excellent and safe experience.

Job Functions
  • Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and create a comfortable park ambiance.
  • Achieve production goals and perform job duties satisfactorily.
  • Create weekly schedules and audit them, along with attendance and time‑clocks.
  • Hire qualified employees for park positions.
  • Handle and document terminations, resignations, job abandonment, and related statements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments for employees.
  • Train team members on key job duties.
  • Open and close the park using keys or code.
  • Communicate any guest or employee issues.
  • Operate the check‑in process, obtaining liability waivers and guest information via iPad.
  • Manage the cash counter, process payments by cash or card, and provide exact change.
  • Verify POS transaction amounts accurately.
  • Organize refrigerator supplies (drinks, snacks, chips, ice cream).
  • Manage birthday party bookings and ensure customer satisfaction during events.
  • Coordinate third‑party vendor supplies, orders, or requests.
  • Communicate with corporate teams via company channels.
  • Monitor snack inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Walk the floor to ensure no safety hazards and that guests follow park rules.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
  • Schedule and coordinate family events for efficient operation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements.
  • Good finger dexterity.
  • Work in noisy environments (children yelling, music).
  • Work in a hectic, busy environment during peak hours.
  • Work in a tight space.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Work weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work with children.
  • Operate an iPad.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
