LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to join their team. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can drive excellence across all facets of Human Resources in a food manufacturing environment.

- Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and safety programs.
- Coach and mentor HR staff, providing guidance on best practices and organizational policies.
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions to maintain a respectful and compliant workplace.
- Manage workers’ compensation, FMLA, and leave processes, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
- Collaborate with management to resolve issues, share insights, and drive organizational goals.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
- Lead social compliance audits and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Administer payroll and approve HR-related invoices as needed.
- Champion a customer‑service approach to supporting employees at all levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience in a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing strongly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong credibility and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.
Compensation Range: $95,000‑$110,000 + 10% Bonus
