Position: SAP Application Specialist

Work Authorization: USC and GC holders only

Location: Remote/Hybrid - West suburbs of Chicago

Contract: Full time

Tasks

• Supporting processes and applications (focused in SAP).
• Supporting implementation and training for SAP modules and related applications.
• Supporting rollouts of SAP as part of the international SAP Team.
• Developing relationships and working closely with relevant stakeholders both business and IT to evaluate and interpret business requirements.
• Represent/lead discussions related to process and application.
• Participates in testing of new functionality as well as regression testing for new rollouts and new functionality.
• Coordinates and conducts implementation tasks.
• Support super users with daily problems, also across different departments.
• Close collaboration with regional process managers.
• Regional process and data flow improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years SAP Specialist experience.
• Project Lead experience is a plus.
• High motivation and high quality standards.
• Has an understanding of how to proceed systematically/ methodically.
• Is skilled in technical-oriented thinking, architecture conceptual skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Proven delivery of SAP Implementations as a key player.
• Proven ability to quickly assess and interpret situations and resolve timely and amicably.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a close attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and timely prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Open minded and flexible with excellent communication and listening skills.
• A true team player who is interested in our business success.
• Customer oriented acting.
• Ability to work together with various teams across different departments and countries.
