- Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills, with a focus on building trust with stakeholders
- Direct oversight and experience in product launches
- Previous experience in the payments industry
- MBA degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics
- Possession of PgMP or PMP certification
