Maintenance Supervisor
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance Leadership & Reliability- Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Manage emergency equipment breakdowns and coordinate prompt resolution while minimizing downtime.
- Champion reliability initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Build, refine, and execute preventive maintenance programs aligned with best‑in‑class manufacturing practices.
- Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist in equipment design changes, layout refinements, and operational improvements to support production needs.
- Utilize CMMS tools to track maintenance activities, schedule work, and manage spare‑parts inventory.
- Prepare maintenance reports, asset inventories, and documentation for audits or operational reporting.
- Support budget planning and cost‑control efforts for the maintenance function.
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to ensure strong communication flow and alignment.
- Support continuous improvement events (e.g., kaizen) and drive waste‑reduction initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Experience working with extruders, mills, or similar industrial machinery.
- Powder coating environment experience.
- CMMS experience.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Background in industrial equipment maintenance, automation, PLC fundamentals, or reliability processes.
- Familiarity with maintenance best practices, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Exposure to ISO, lean manufacturing, TPM, or reliability‑centered maintenance methodologies.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation Range: $85,000-$105,000
