What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate and connect with buyers and sellers to bring them together and close the sale.
  • Initiate and deliver on sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and support them through the sales process.
  • Produce high-quality photos of listings at their location.
  • Share expertise in sales analytics and CRM software to drive results.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Motivation to work independently and plan your own success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that connect you to our values and help build rapport with clients.
  • Commitment to a commission-only compensation structure.
  • Agreeing to obtain necessary state licensing (FL, VA, CO, or CA) at your expense, if applicable.
  • Ready to dedicate 25-30 hours per week and attend comprehensive training sessions.
