• Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment within assigned territory.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with them.
• Effectively maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Partner with the internal team by promoting the Rental, Parts, and Service Departments.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system (Hub Spot).
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned.

• Proven sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Self‑motivation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• CDL/Medical Certification recommended but not required at time of hire (should be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market considerations, and geographic location. Salary:
Commission Base $65,000–$100,000.
