Fitness Planner

Position Summary

McCollister’s Global Services is seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Fitness Planner to support our growing Final Mile Delivery operation. This position plays a critical role in coordinating, planning, and executing deliveries and installations of fitness equipment for residential and commercial customers.

. This is a key support role requiring operational awareness, future planning mindset, and daily coordination with internal teams and customers.

• Plan and schedule daily fitness delivery routes, coordinating with warehouse, dispatch, and driver teams
• Monitor job flow and equipment readiness to prevent delivery delays and maximize daily capacity
• Communicate professionally and clearly with internal teams, clients, and third‑party installers
• Review site surveys and order information to ensure delivery success, access clearance, and installation needs are understood and met
• Track and resolve scheduling conflicts, reschedules, or special site conditions proactively
• Maintain visibility of future order pipeline and anticipate resource needs in advance
• Utilize planning tools, logistics platforms, and performance tracking systems to ensure delivery KPIs are met
• Assist leadership with weekly planning metrics, reporting, and service‑level assessments

• 2+ years of experience in logistics planning, dispatch coordination, or transportation scheduling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to convey information across teams and customers
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Future‑focused mindset, always looking ahead to anticipate challenges and prepare solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics tools/scheduling platforms
• Experience in fitness equipment delivery, appliance/furniture scheduling, or white‑glove service coordination preferred
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
