Zonar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our Manufacturing and Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, configuring and assembling products, supporting device setup, managing inventory, and preparing shipments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is comfortable working with technology and multiple systems, values quality and efficiency, and is committed to maintaining operational excellence while contributing to continuous process improvement.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Configure, assemble, and prepare products according to customer and operational requirements.
• Support hands-on device setup, including inserting SIM cards, assembling devices, setting up tablets, updating device settings, and preparing touch-screen devices for use.
• Print and prepare driver  and other customer-specific materials as needed.
• Work across multiple device platforms, fulfillment tools, email, and internal systems to support order processing and customer requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy, completeness, device functionality, and product integrity.
• Use computers, tablets, and related technology to navigate systems, update records, process orders, and troubleshoot basic device or setup issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support basic reporting or tracking using Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and fulfillment goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, device configuration, or related operational role preferred.
• Comfortable working with tablets, touch-screen devices, basic hardware setup, and multiple technology platforms.
• Basic computer skills, including email, system navigation, data entry, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with multiple systems and software applications simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving business needs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

This position is based on site in Chicago, Illinois.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Compensation:
  Between $18,00 - $20,00 hourly
