- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Preferred prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Superior time‑management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable managing phone systems, scheduling, and basic office equipment.

This salaried, non‑exempt role offers a starting annual salary ranging from $33,600 to $44,100, adjusted based on geography, market, and candidate qualifications. Eligible employees also receive a bonus in accordance with the company’s plan.
