Key Responsibilities- Install new tires and wheels, and perform tire services—rotations, balancing, flat repairs—to keep customers’ vehicles safe.
- Provide best‑in‑class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of the guaranteed hourly rate.
- Participate in weekly performance‑based incentive programs and coaching on industry‑leading processes.
- Experience not required – paid training will be provided.
- Motivation by commissions/incentive compensation.
- Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and positive attitude.
- Comfort in a fast‑paced, active environment.
