This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Columbia, SC for a Commercial Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. Responsibilities include managing contracts, ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects, and coordinating teams and resources. The role requires regular communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met successfully.

The candidate will also analyze project progress and address any issues to deliver quality results.

• Prospect/sell new and existing clients.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Budgeting and estimating to manage project costs.
• Experience with contract management, including negotiating and preparing contracts with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Previous experience in commercial construction project management is necessary.
