Carolina Smiles Family Dentistry is on the hunt for a Registered Dental Hygienist who’s not just great at what they do, but genuinely passionate about people, prevention, and pearly whites.
- $50–$55/hour – Competitive pay that respects your talent
- Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
- Our patients are awesome, loyal, and genuinely grateful.
- You’ll be a valued provider, not just a cog in the wheel.

- Deliver top-tier care through cleanings, SRPs, and preventative treatments
- Educate and empower patients to take control of their oral health
- Partner with the dentist and team to create personalized treatment plans
- Make patients feel calm, comfortable, and confident in their smiles
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety/infection control protocols
- See 6–8 patients per day in a well-paced, productive schedule
- Licensed RDH in the state (or in the process)
- New grads? Absolutely! We love to mentor and support.
- Strong communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude
