Three Rivers Residential Treatment - Midlands Campus Medical Director
The Medical Director will have both direct patient clinical care and administrative responsibilities.
Position Duties will include:- Direct patient care to include initial evaluations and assessments, treatment team leadership and care of patients under assignment.
- Supervision of clinical staff.
- Program development, quality improvement initiatives, risk management.
- On site 20-25 hours per week, a hybrid schedule may be an option for the right candidate.
Three Rivers Midlands is a 64-bed residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6-21 years with diverse behavioral health and substance‑use treatment issues. Patient care is provided in a multidisciplinary treatment setting. The work environment is collegial and there is great support in all clinical and administrative operations of the facility. A competitive compensation package including salary and full benefits will be offered.
The position offers an opportunity to work with a collegial, highly trained clinical team dedicated to quality patient care and treatment outcomes. The position is open to a fellowship trained Child Psychiatrist or a General Psychiatrist with experience and interested in working with patients ages 6-21 years.
