This posting is for an Instructional Coach (Applicant Pool) seeking highly qualified and motivated educators for various Instructional Coaching positions (Reaching coach, Literacy coach, STEM coach, STEAM coach, Instructional coach) across the district for the upcoming  academic year.

• Role Focus: Instructional Coaches are vital in promoting effective instructional practices to improve student outcomes. They will provide job-embedded professional development and support to teachers in specific content areas and/or grade levels.
• Responsibilities: Key duties include providing one-on-one coaching, co-planning, co-teaching, modeling lessons, facilitating professional learning communities (PLCs), and analyzing data to drive instructional improvement.
• Application Process: Applicants are applying to a pool, not a single vacancy. Successful candidates selected for the hiring pool will be notified via email and given instructions on how to formally apply for specific, posted Instructional Coach vacancies on the district website as they become available.
• Qualifications: Requires a valid teaching license, significant successful classroom teaching experience (e.g., 5+ years), demonstrated expertise in content/pedagogy, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
