Medtech – Full‑time (including every other weekend).

We create a warm, supportive environment where seniors thrive and feel truly  team is dedicated to personalized care with compassion, empathy, and respect for each resident’s unique needs and preferences.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Help residents with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Manage medication.

• Prior experience as a caregiver and Medtech required.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in seniors’ lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to residents’ needs.
• Medication management required.
• Must pass a full background check.
• Must have current certification.
