Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). We treat males and females ages 11‑18 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency illnesses.

• Delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to adolescent residents admitted for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders
• Serving actively and constructively as a member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team
• Supporting the organization and program or unit philosophy of care
• Ensuring the safety and well‑being of each resident

PRN Nurses must work a minimum of five (5) twelve (12) hour shifts per month, with two of these shifts being weekend shifts. Weekend shifts begin Saturday at 7 am and end at 7:30 am Monday. PRN Nurses are required to work three (3) holiday shifts per year. This is a PRN position, 7 pm – 7:30 am &/or 7 am – 7:30 pm.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current license and registration by the South Carolina Board of Nurse Examiners as a Registered Nurse
• Must possess knowledge of general and child/adolescent psychiatric nursing, therapeutic relationships, therapeutic processes, growth and development, limit‑setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors
• BLS Certification required
• Valid SC Driver's License preferred
• Thorough familiarity of psych pharmacy & the use of psychotropic medications
• One year prior child/adolescent psychiatric experience is strongly preferred
