$18/hr
We’re hiring a Team Leader to support inspection projects, train and guide inspectors, and help ensure quality standards are met. This role assists with project setup, documentation, communication with clients, and hands‑on inspection support as needed.
Responsibilities- Support project launch, oversight, and close‑out
- Communicate project updates to leadership & clients
- Perform inspections and layered audits
- Help train and coach inspectors
- Maintain a safe and organized 5S work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail & communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Manufacturing or inspection experience preferred
