• Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve shift targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurant.
