• Monitor and control access points at the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit.

• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, adhering to site-specific policies and procedures.

• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel with access-related inquiries and directions.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or breaches of access control.

• Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, and/or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.

• Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal personnel to address security-related concerns and support emergency response activities as needed.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
