* Per Diem Radiation Oncologist
* to provide high-quality cancer care when our full-time Radiation Oncologist is on vacation or during periods of increased patient volume. This is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate, mission-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional cancer care to our community.

* Emanate Health Cancer Center*, our multidisciplinary team of hematology/oncology and radiation oncology specialists is committed to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cancer. We utilize state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based treatment approaches. Throughout every step of the cancer journey, we support our patients, their families, and caregivers with comprehensive services designed to promote healing in body, mind, and spirit.
* Responsibilities
* · Perform examinations and diagnostic evaluations to confirm cancer diagnoses.
· Develop and implement individualized radiation treatment plans, including selection of therapeutic techniques and appropriate drug regimens.
· Deliver radiation treatments, including advanced procedures such as stereotactic radiosurgery.
· Monitor and assess patient progress throughout treatment.
· Provide pharmacological management and counsel patients on lifestyle modifications that support overall health.
· Collaborate closely with the oncology care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
* Requirements
* · Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) degree.
· Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency program.
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.
· Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of oncology patients.
· Strong knowledge of radiation therapy procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and exceptional bedside manner.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Pay:
From $2,000.00 per day
