ob Summa ry

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing organization-wide quality initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving performance aligned with CMS clinical domains. This role leverages evidence-based practices, data analytics, and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders to track and enhance performance on key quality metrics. Responsibilities include creating quality dashboards, analyzing clinical data to identify areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the healthcare organization.

inimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, quality, or performance improvement within a healthcare setting.

California RN license required. Certification in healthcare quality, (e.g., CPHQ) or patient safety preferred.
