The General Manager will lead sales, improve processes, and build a high‑performing team. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the role focuses on sales, customer experience, and member success. Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness, have a drive for success, and a history of delivering results.

Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase membership retention and new sign‑ups.
• Provide constructive feedback on staff performance.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns, managing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage with members in a friendly and approachable manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain proper certifications, and implement safety protocols.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Communicate calmly and clearly during emergencies or disruptions, providing necessary instructions to staff and members.

• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic problem‑solving, and good time‑management.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Passion for fitness and alignment with our Core Values.

• Successful background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate company computer systems and prepare documents.
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.

$70,000–$106,000 USD
