Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for individual patients. The ideal candidate operates with great attention to detail, demonstrates a caring attitude, and effectively communicates in the best interest of patients. Successful applicants will have current nursing knowledge and skills, along with a strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document changes in patient conditions and report observations
• Maintain accurate patient records and discuss observations with supervisors

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN or LVN in the state of employment
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required
