Emanate Health is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to supervise staff and manage the operation and flow of the Mother Baby unit on the designated shift. You will model professional behavior, coordinate scheduling, and participate in performance appraisals while ensuring adherence to Standards of Practice and collaboration with physicians and other health care providers.
The role includes direct patient care as needed and requires California RN licensure, BLS, and NRP within 6 months.
