Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, responsible for selling new and pre-owned Audi vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to achieving sales targets while upholding our dealership’s standards of excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement :
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a premium sales experience that aligns with Audi’s luxury standards.

  • Sales Execution :
    Drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and negotiating deals to meet sales goals.

  • Product Knowledge :
    Maintain in-depth knowledge of Audi vehicles, including features, specifications, and competitive advantages.

  • Compliance :
    Ensure all sales transactions comply with California DMV regulations and MVSC agreement terms, including electronic vehicle registration (eFiling) and data security protocols.

  • CRM Management :
    Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow up with clients, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience : 1–3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a luxury dealership.

  • Skills :
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; proficiency in CRM systems.

  • Licenses :
    Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Knowledge :
    Passion for luxury vehicles (Audi knowledge a plus) and familiarity with DMV compliance requirements.
