Xchange Logistics Corporation is a growing freight forwarding company based in West Covina, California.
Working Hours:
Monday
- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
This position requires you to work on-site.
We are looking for an Operations Agent who will handle both ocean import and ocean export activities to ensure smooth and timely movement of cargo.
Job Responsibilities:
- Booking space with carriers
- Arranging for cargo pickup
- Dispatching truckers
- Tracking shipments and providing status reports to clients
- Preparing and processing export declarations, bills of lading, and shipping documents
- Communicating with customers, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transportation
- Ensuring compliance with policy, government regulations, and customer requirements
- Providing status updates to customers via Wechat/emails
Qualifications:
- Prefer 1-3 years of experience working with ocean imports and exports
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
