Tax Intern

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Tax Intern to join our team for the upcoming tax season. This internship is ideal for an accounting student or recent graduate looking to gain meaningful, real-world tax experience in a professional and client-focused environment.

As a Tax Intern , you will work alongside experienced tax professionals and gain hands-on exposure to individual and business tax preparation, client documentation, tax research, and the tax planning process.

• Assist with the preparation of individual and business tax returns under the guidance of experienced tax professionals.
• Organize, review, and input client tax information and supporting documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and file management while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify missing or incomplete information and assist with client follow-up as needed.
• Perform basic tax research and support tax planning and analysis projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members to help ensure accurate and timely completion of client work.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other learning opportunities.
• Stay informed about tax law changes and industry developments relevant to assigned work.
• Assist with additional tax-season projects and administrative needs as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Pro Series, Quick Books, or other accounting or tax software is a plus,
  but not required.
• Professional demeanor and strong commitment to protecting confidential client information.
