Support Specialist

A local insurance company is seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to join their team in Grimes. This position is responsible for supporting clients by processing policy information, tracking applications, updating records, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Process and update client policy information accurately.
• Track and monitor insurance applications throughout the approval process.
• Create and update policy documents as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and requests.
• Perform high-volume data entry and record maintenance.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
• Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
